|
A characteristic of modern society is the loss of a hero, but the new type leader and manager with the rational judgment and firm decision appeared instead of a hero. Contemporary highly industrialized society need not a charismatic hero, but a consensual leader because of the complexity and multiformity of modern society. In a sense of need for globalization, I reviewed the cause and effect in a stalemate of our society, and the psychological types of industrial manager in business world studied actively in the western developed countries. I’d like to point out that we have only the extreme opposition like as a class strife, and we are unskillful in the compromising coordination by means of democratic methodology. We are under the slogan of rational management, but really we are accustomed to the irrationality. Above all, our society needs the rational, consensual leaders and managers for our surviaval.
